It is nice to be able to rate a judicial system that wastes the tax payers money by making a simple traffic ticket court appearance a 4 hour ordeal when they should have ability to make at least a 1 hour window. There stone age appointment time is like waiting for the cable guy. And good luck ever talking to a real person at he phone # they post in line. I pretty sure they will ever get a positive review or ever take the time to read these and do something about it. But I fee l better now. Good luck to those have have to wait for a court room hear and God Bless! Update 4 hours later: After waiting for what I thought was a trial was just another tactic they use you to get to court waste your time and try to make a deal with you. You have 3 choices which are offered to everyone as I heard from others there. (1) you can pay the ticket and go home ( I could have done that over the phone). (2) you can now now contest the ticket again and then they will set a trial date ( knowing full well you do not want to waste any more of your time). (3) . You can pay almost double the amount of the fine and then it will not go on your record if you do not get another moving violation within one year " My reply to the lady is so we are just paying off the Judge?" Witch see did not like and said what happened to freedom of speech act? Then I told someone at the window where you pay the ticket that this is extortion!!!!!!!! This system is corrupt and they need to be dealt with!

No one answers the phone. Continues to loop in voicemail rabbit hole even though the message says they are open. Absolutely a complete shame for taxpayers and so inefficient I cannot believe these elected officials have jobs. Contacting the federal level since no at Scott Co. aren’t able to their job!

Very unprofessional: They can not process the documents correctly - I had issues with wrong spelling, mixed-up last and middle names, and mixing up pages of the legal documents with different cases. Then it takes them several weeks to process. After catching their mistake they just blame all on you and restart the filing process instead of correcting clerical mistakes

The system here is broken. I feel bad for those who have to face the REAL JUDGE because your day is coming. God is watching!

Im a tax payer in scott county for 16 years. We pay the wages of these people. The court judges and clerk office makes mistakes and It be real nice if they could be kind and explain what happened. One day a traffic court lady yelled at me in the hallway and said" why are you still here, are you going to pay your parking ticket". Very rude. Also i lost a small claims court case and they sent my papers to the other guy. When i asked why they called 3 sheriffs to escort me out.
