Ordered a candy basket through a website that utilized Scott's Flowers. Scott's sent a basket that was in line with what they were getting paid, but was not representative of what was ordered. After seeing what was sent, I went down to the shop, showed them what was sent and what was ordered. They were determined to make it right and sent a very generous fruit basket with balloons. They were very pleasant. The only downside to the transaction was going through the website rather than directly through Scott's.

My sister's and I ordered flowers for my father's funeral last week. We ordered royal blue flowers, but received white and purple flowers instead. Only reason I'm giving them two stars because the flower arrangement was beautiful. But still for 140.00 we should of received what we paid for or at least communicated with us that the flowers were not available.

I am still waiting for my refund a month later and liz refuses to give it to me. Honestly she can keep and buy her some professionalism. she did not want to write my whole order on my contract and stated she has an addendum which was different from my order. my wedding day can't afford any mishaps can't respect that? I am the the customer. And wanted the full refund a month in advance which business does that. don't u have a business account. want to use my money to orderthe flowers when most florist want the money a week in advance. Marlo's up the block very professional!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
