My parents in Palm Beach had always worked with Scott for their real estate transactions but I had never met him. After my folks passed, I contacted Scott regarding selling their Palm Beach condo. Scott had located a potential buyer within a week. As the escrow progressed, there were the inevitable “complications”. In every case, Scott was able to resolve it quickly and effectively - which was critical since we lived 300 miles away in California. Where necessary, he worked closely with our estate attorney and stayed in almost daily contact with us. I can honestly say that without Scott, I don't think we would have been able to sell that condo. I wish the real estate agents I worked with in California were as good! Thanks so much Scott! My husband and I were introduced to Scott Gordon by friends of ours.  When we arrived in town we only had a few days to look at properties in Palm Beach.  Working with Scott was a  pleasure.  He narrowed down the apartments for us to view based upon our criteria.  He was  pleasant, punctual, courteous and completely forthright with his suggestions. We always felt that Scott and his office represented us with honor and integrity.  If we phoned with questions, there was always somebody in his office  to follow  through if he was unavailable.  When complications arose regarding our choice, Scott continued to work on solving matters for us after we left town.  Because we lived out of town, Scott met the inspector, worked with our lawyer, and made the viewing and purchase of our Palm Beach home easy for us. We are extremely grateful for the attention he gave to us.  We have recommended Scott to others and will continue to do so.
