Scott represented me on a matter that was small, but very important to me. Scott was professional, honest and informative every step of the way. We were forced to hire an attorney when my childrens’ absentee father decided that he suddenly wanted to file for joint custody. After my consultation we decided Mr. Hamblin was who we needed. He was straightforward about all of the possible outcomes, and what we could and couldn’t do. He knows the law very well, and did not ever lead me to believe that he could promise a specific outcome, but that he would do his very best to represent us. 

He was calm, caring, and confident all throughout our trial, which can be very intense. Even after the trial when he had to deal with an appeal he did his best for us.

He or his secretary always answered my emails very promptly and even spent time on the phone with me explaining the process and answering all my questions. 

I’m so thankful that we chose to use Mr. Hamblin to represent us and our children. Continuing to have full custody of my children is an answer to prayer, and God used this man to walk us through this very difficult time.

Scott Hamblin is a no-nonsense, very knowledgeable attorney who is dedicated to helping his clients understand their options.  Scott will go the extra mile for his clients to make sure they are taken care of, and informed.  He is our family's "go-to" attorney and we highly recommend him.

Scott is a great lawyer, will do what he says! He will work his tail off for you. It was a long 2 year divorce, but I am so glad he was representing me. Very fair and doesn't over charge for his services. I  can now say he is my friend,  not only my attorney.
