Elisa Sanchez is my girl in the Scott Kizer office!!! I can email her a question and she normally responds very quickly with a resolution. I've been with State Farm for many years and I have never had an issue with them. Great customer service!!! I love State Farm

It has been great doing business with Scott.  He is a very responsive and helpful person who engages his clients and really tries to help them out.  I would highly recommend anyone looking for an insurance agent to consider working with Scott.

Scott and his team are always very helpful and professional. I've been with his office close to 7 years and they never raise rates unjustifiably, and even if the rates go up, they're more than happy to walk you through why and what you can do to lower your rates if necessary.

I wanted to switch agents from Bothell to someone closer so that I could go in and bug them when I wanted, face to face and stuff. I was going to go with another agent but then my old agent, Chris Jones, had called me and referred me to Scott Kizer instead.

Chris Jones is a wonderful agent by the way, I love his team but Bothell is just too far a drive from Kent, however if you're in the northern Washington area, I highly suggest him and his team.

Talked to Scott, transferred over, everything went smoothly and they've helped me get other insurances as well. The people I've referred to them have also gotten huge discounts too.

The only thing I'd have to say negatively :p is that they told me I would get a 25$ gift card for each person that I would refer and I've referred over 6 people so far but nothing :(
