I had not been to the dentist in years.  I had broken a tooth vertically in the middle, an infection had set in, and it needed to be removed.  I have never been to an oral surgeon before, and was extremely nervous.  The office staff and assistants were all friendly and reassuring.  Everyone made sure I was as comfortable as I could possibly be.  Dr. Thatcher took the time to explain each step he was making in the procedure so that I would know what was happening, what to expect, and told me that if at any time I felt pain, to let him know.  I appreciated his professionalism and the courtesy and reassurance of the staff.

Dr. Thatcher is a very good oral surgeon. However, any doctor is only as good as his office staff, so I can't give a good review. The office personnel implied they had pre-approved benefits and even demanded a check the day of surgery. Then I get a huge bill in the mail for double what I was told it would be because they said my benefits were maxed out. And I had less than 90 days to pay it or I would owe finance charges. So they refuse to file medical to start with and then they are too incompetent to figure out how much surgery will be. Because I definitely would have waited until Jan 1st to have my son's wisdom teeth out instead of doing it in October. Beware of dealing with any medical practice that has staffing like this.

I had a root canal tooth that broke in half that needed to be removed surgically. Dr. Thatcher did a great job taking care of me and walking me thru the whole process today! I am feeling the pain but I will survive.

Very Bad Experience 
STINKY, OLD SCHOOL, RUDE 
I was referred  by Warren Gase DDS for surgery, but after having my initial check up I decided not to have my wisdom teeth removed by this clinic.
