Post construction is a dishonest company. They have abandoned my work site and refuses to answer the phones. I'm forced to got to the BBB and department of professional licensing for recourse. Do not do business with this company. As a veteran and a female. He will screw you over. 

Run as fast as you can. Don't trust Angie's list , Thumbtack or any other site he's on. They obviously don't screen who they put on their site.

No words to describe how bad a job Scott Post Construction did! We are actually hiring an attorney now to deal with this mess. We hired Scott Post Construction to do the roof on the main house and on a cottage. Shingle looks old and like it was in the back of a warehouse for years and used on our house. The grain is old and there are cuts and holes in many places of this shingle. Shingle was not put straight on many parts of the house which looks terrible, lots of different size pieces of shingle were used which looks absolutely horrible; shingle is not sticking after over 2 months; siding was broken by the roofers so they replaced it but Scott refused to get it painted so now it’s not the same color as the rest of the house and I’ll need to hire someone to paint the siding THEY broke!  They also damaged our brand new outdoor shower ($800) and since they did not protect our AC unit outside, old shingle was thrown on it and broke the protective cover, debris fell in there and 2 weeks later our A/C was dead. As for the roof, shingle is not sticking at all on large parts of the main roof and on the cottage entirely. After 2 months it can actually be lifted up completely with two fingers! We contacted another roofing company to assess the damage; they said that too much power was used in the nail gun so the nails were shot three quarter of the way to all the way through the first shingle, which is why they are not sticking! Nothing is holding them down! As soon as Scott Post realized all the issues with the roof he called someone, Dereck, to take over and “deal” with the situation. Dereck as helpful as he was also realized how bad a job was done and even though he tried to help and fix some things, at the end of the day, his opinion was also that the roof simply needed to be redone as there is no fixing it at this point.

Scott Post construction is an awful company. I contracted a simple garage roof, it was started promptly. They tore off the old roof, but let the job undone. It rains in my garage, damaging the water heater inside. He lies about the job being completed. It's presently not done. He don't return my phone call. Lies on the text about getting plywood to complete the job. Claims he's out of town, one of May fabricated excuses to stall the event. The property is in code violation and his lack of professionalism is costing me money. I have to have a new water heater and additional plumbing bill. The worse part about all this so call Veterans is hes screwing over another vet. I'm forced to complain to the BBB, State attorney general and professional licensing department. This is a current nightmare.

Scott Post is one of the most professional roofing contractors in the bay area Scott was on time and very reliable he did what he said and his price you can't beat. Scott post completed the job in a timely manor I highly recommend Scott post roofing I would not wanna use any one else after the experience I had with scott. Thank you very much

The owner of the property is a rehabber. We were hired to reroof his property and we passed all the roofing inspections. A few weeks after the final inspection, he called us that he installed a new bathroom exhaust fan and wanted us to put a new vent on the roof him for free.  We would have done it during the job  if it was done at that time but not after the fact. We have several emails from him asking us to do more jobs for free.
