I took a fairly basic job to these folks and I was not happy with the result. I have an older chevy pickup truck and I was trying to get them to swap a different differential in it. Straight forward and easy job, some welding required. I did all the homework. They tried to get me to do something different, with a quote of nearly $2000 to rebuild the shot rear differential that was in the truck. They quoted me a rough estimate of $4000+ for the rear end swap that I requested to be done. What a waste of my time. I would rather that they would just be honest with me and say "we don't want to do that" than to waste my time and try to drain my bank account. Oh, and when I went to pick it up, after they did nothing but research it, they acted like they were going to charge me, and "were doing me a favor" by not charging, for what is essentially just determining what the job would cost. I tried to take it to another shop by driving it there and my rear axle SNAPPED! They probably did this on purpose, because they did not get the work that they wanted to do! What a joke. I learned my lesson. Don't try to take anything to this shop. They are not interested in doing anything the customer wants.

Rocket steve929 is a dumbass that apparently needs a lesson on how things work. Just by reading your review i can tell your one of them " gimmie gimmie gimmie" guys. Well here ya go steve. Now, ive never been to this place but ive heard good things. Im sure youre aware of thr phrase "time is money" most shops do charge a fee to inspect a vehicle and write up estimates because well "time is money".they have to pay their employees to look at your vehicle so feel lucky that these guys were generous to not charge you. Your rearend snapped because you were obviously driving on a bad rearend... and personally after reading all the BS you posted and wanted them to do, i wouldnt have taken the job either. Its not a simple install with a little welding. Tell ya what, actually if its that simple, DO IT YOURSELF
