I had a bad experience with them . They were charging me almost double the amount for the same coverage for about 9 months, as compared to the quote that I got from a different company , when I finally decided to switch . In addition , they misinformed me about the potential refund I could get by closing the account on a certain date as opposed to closing it on a later date .

I wouldn't buy pet insurance through this crook. His office and all his personnel look down their noses at you like they're better than you. This arrogant jerk should have his insurance license pulled.
