Innis, the customer service department, was AMAZING!  He originally said he might not be able to complete my order and worked very hard to accommodate me.  I would highly recommend this place for all of your Scottish needs.  The tartan ties I received were of incredibly high quality as well.  He also was able to work with my incredible time constraints.  Thank you again Innis!

Thank you so very much for getting this shipped off overnight. I received the package in yesterday's mail and I was able to give it to my wife when she got home from work. She loved it and wore it out to dinner last night for Valentine's! She has Scottish ancestry and we actually got married at Edinburgh Castle last April, so it was a great gift with lots of sentimental meaning.

Great customer service and I will highly recommend Scottish Lion to my friends.

I had an issue with an out of stock order, and Innis in customer service truly went out of the way to take care of my issue. I ended up getting a much better product in record time. Can't recommend this company enough, Innis and the warehouse staff are superstars!

Beautiful scarf and great customer service!
I found the Scottish Lion Import Shop while looking online for family tartan scarf. I wanted real wool and something well made. It is exactly what I was looking for. The size is perfect, I am pretty tall so the length is good for me. It's so soft and the colors are beautiful!
As for the customer service, my original order was taking longer than I thought it should, so I emailed and Innes sent another order which arrived within 2 days! The original order arrived yesterday, almost 2 months after I placed my order. The postal service had damaged the packaging, lost the order, repackaged and I finally received it. 
I appreciate Scottish Lion taking full responsibility for my order, no questions asked and sending me the scarf quickly in time for Christmas. It was not their fault at all, yet they made sure I received the scarf right away. 
I will shop here again. I'm looking at a shawl but have to decide on the plaid I want next.

I can't say enough about the quality of product and service provided by Innis. Over the past few years I have purchased and rented both formal and casual highland wear for various events from weddings to Burns Suppers.  The quality and fit of my Cluny tweed jacket and vest is superb. The Prince Charlie formal wear has served me well at many black tie functions. The Scottish Lion is definitely my go to for all things highland.
