Welcome to Scotts Valley Gym! We are a family owned and run business located in downtown Scotts Valley. We have something for everyone; men, women, and children. We offer several membership amenities including: free childcare, full service bathrooms, WiFi, flat screen TV's, a separate level for cardio, and a cross-training area. We have the best rates in town and we are open 365 days a year with extended hours. All memberships include a complimentary fitness consultation/evaluation to build a custom fit workout routine for you and your body. We look forward to future business with you.

I signed up 6 months ago with the intension of teaching myself the basic barbell exercises. With many gyms in the area costing an arm and a leg, I was pleasantly surprised by the fair rates, great hours, and pleasant staff. Dorothy in child care is a joy, Justin (who signed me up) is extremely pleasant, helpful, and didn’t give off the high pressure sales vibe I encountered at other gyms I checked out. The owners are constantly trying to maximize the space and keep they chalk basin full! The maintenance staff is friendly and does a decent job considering the gym is open 24/7. I often have the gym floor to myself which is surprising considering the extreme value being offered here. It has been an excellent environment for learning the basic lifts made even better by the caring and friendly staff.

I have been dealing with them for over a year on a double charge. After 3 months of nothing I was told they forgot about my situation. After contacting hem multiple times and no replies I have had to contact my back to get my refund. Worthless company for customer service side. Didn’t even try to work with me just cancelled my account and though I would forget.

Full gym, tall ceilings, clean and with good price and flexibility on membership -- deals often. Friendly ownership and 24/7 access. Martial arts room with punching bags, equipment, trex, plenty of weight lifting equipment, multiple racks and ample deadlift station. Cardio upstairs and some rowing machines downstairs. Last but not least, the music is better than most gyms, or sometimes just quiet, which I prefer.
