My wife was refused treatment when she did not want an unnecessary and expensive plan for cleaning her teeth. She is diabetic and has been adequately treated by another dental office over the years with a reasonable plan with reasonable costs. Before refusing to treat her, they took X-rays and of course charged her for them. She used this group several times in the past and each time ended up being pressured to buy into some type of elaborate and expensive treatment plan. On the positive side, the staff is friendly and polite. My wife left the office feeling very embarassed and discounted.

Staff is always nice. Professional. Clean. Gentle. They even have blankets and pillows :) Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you for the wonderful work done on my teeth!! 😄

I've had nothing but great experiences with Scottsdale Modern Dentistry. Knowledgeable, friendly and respectful staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Castre.

This place is great! 

They get you in and out in no time, use all of the latest technology and techniques, keep you comfortable, explain everything, are great with scheduling etc.  Everyone is super friendly!

I'm not normally someone who writes reviews but I do read them from others so I felt compelled to let you know my experience.  You can take it for what it's worth.  I've been going to my dentist every six months, but due to a move I needed to find a new dentist for our family   This is a facility who wants to perform unnecessary treatment on their patients and get over cent they can from you and your insurance company.  What they were describing I needed (deep root cleaning) and my kids' needed I have not once in the past 10 years heard from my dentist. 
Also I did receive a referral for this dental practice and what I was told I needed, my friend was also told she needed.  What I was told my daughter needed at the young age of nine, my friend's daughter also needed.
I would recommend finding a different dentist and hygienist that would be worth the money and your time.
