This place is Holy grail of pizza, if my belly was bigger I'd eat more. It came out in a timely fashion, flavored to perfection with a delicious crispy crust. My homeboy and I had the brunch pizza, who doesn't love eggs on pizza?! Santanists that's who. The staff was super friendly and had a great wealth of knowledge about their beers on tap. 10/10 would come back.

Scratch has a menu that is primarily pizza although you can get things like soft pretzels or salads as well. The pizzas are about 12" and will feed one or two people. They have standard margherita style pies as well as some more specialty options. Garlic three ways was delicious if you are a garlic fan. Service was prompt as it only took about 10 minutes for the food to come out. There is a selection of Shawnee Craft beers on tap. Roughly 6-7 at any time. As any beer fan knows, they pair great with pizza. There are a few seats at the bar as well as nearby tables. It's a good place for a quick bite.

Had we known these 11" personal pizzas were $15 each we probably would not have ordered, perhaps that's why prices are not listed on the blackboard menu overhead. same goes for the 10oz watery lemonades that were another $4+ each...while I appreciate that they supposedly source everything "locally"(obviously not lemons) this certainly was not a $40 value and not what we expected to spend on a quick lunch..as you can see the ingredients are minimal and clustered towards the center too, they left like 3 inches of bare crust all around, it was excessively dry, undercooked dough, bland and pool of oil in middle... The public market space is very trendy/yuppified so I understand their rent is probably outrageous and didn't expect a very cheap meal per say, were this an amazing meal we'd have been happy treating ourselves and may go again occasionally as we do eat there semi regularly , sadly it very much wasn't and we definitely wont...

What else can be better than pizza and beer? located within the easton public market, it is a nice place for mid day snack or early dinner. They have growlers for sale there, and i recommend the mosaic IPA while it's still on tap. I do however, have an issue with pricing of the growlers. I came back for a refill, and they charged me more than what I originally paid for the growler and the beer. There is no pricing on the menu, so this would be helpful for the future, especially since everyone who works there can seem to charge differently labeled "open beer". other than that, it is a nice spot with friendly staff and good pizza and beers!
