iPhone 7 screen exchange. Quick service, reasonable price but the quality of the screen is terrible. I noticed right away that the color was off. Asked why, and got the answer that they don’t use original screens. Typing and zooming in and out does not work well. When scrolling down webpages it clicks on links that I intend to scroll over.

Awesome service..very professional and accurate estimate for the repair. My Nexus 6p required battery replacement and screenworks provided fast and excellent service at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend screenworks for any kind of cell phone repair.

I'm one of those guys that absolutely never writes reviews. I'm usually too busy for this. But in this case I'm going to make an exception. I had an iPad 3 with very damaged screen, bezel, and corners. I saw good reviews here for this shop and it was close enough for me to drive to during my lunch hour. This is not the first time I've have the screen fixed. In fact it's the third time.  So I kind of knew what to expect...leave it there for two days, pick it up and spend a good chunk of money. 
To make a long story short, without prompting or me begging, they said it would be ready in three hours... "Are you kidding me", I almost said. I came back after work and sure enough it was ready. The work was excellent. And the price was fair. 
I couldn't be happier and I highly recommend SceenWorks to anybody who needs their iPhone or iPad repaired. They probably do androids as well I just wasn't paying attention to say with confidence.

I wish 0 stars was possible... smh. i went to this place and i got my phone back 2 days later. I use my phone to take pictures and to facetime my family who lives VERY far away anywho, I was excited to finally have my phone back when. I went to facetime my family i realized the camera wasnt working. It then made me realize that BOTH my front and back camera were gone. I contacted the store and they said that i had agreed to allow them to take my camera off which i had NOT, there was no paper signed since it was over the phone, which seemed kinda sketch. They said they had taken the camera out because it caused my phone to reboot, i asked them how and they gave me no answer. They refused to give me my camera back free of charge even though it was their inconvenience. Very unsatisfied with the work of this store.
