I have been a patient for a few years.  Dr Tutuncu is a wonderful doctor who listens to her patients and works with them to achieve the best clinical outcome.  And I know about customer service in the medical field.  I have been an ICU nurse for 25 years.  I know what a good doctor should and should not do.

This Doctor is very angry rude and inconsiderate to patients I would not recommend her.

Had a horrible visit with Dr. T. On 7.20.16. I must say first, that this was my second visit to her and on my first visit she felt the need to tell me to "go back to school" even tho I am 30, married, have a child and do photography, plus my dr visit had nothing to do with my level of education. At this 2nd visit she went over xrays when she mentioned I had a slight curve in my spine I asked if I have mild scoliosis and she replied "oh don't worry about that". I have no clue if I have mild scoliosis and her answer kept that mystery alive. She told me she wanted me to have genetic testing done but then stated that she was not "excited about it". I was confused and felt that I was becoming a bother so I asked why she was not "excited" about me doing the testing. Long story short it turned into an argument in the hallway and ending with Dr. T saying "I cannot believe you are being this way after all I have done". I ended up bursting into tears because I have NEVER had a medical proffessional talk to me in such a rude condescending manner when all I wanted to know was why she wasn't excited about the testing, I still don't. Is she not excited because she doesn't want me to have it done, is it time consuming? What? She has a heavy accent and an uncarring way about her. Not the friendliest. Go with someone who will care about your feelings, I'm not sure Dr.T has empathy.
