I picked up an Ultra Unlimited plan here a couple of weeks ago and am really impressed with the convenience of the system as well as the quality of the wash I'm receiving.  The equipment is all brand new and state of the art but that's not to say it is without glitches.  

There are a few things to be aware of that I think management should really take a hard look at.  The first is borderline dangerous - the track system you use to get your car into the wash is different than most you've ever seen before, its more like an airport people mover than a traditional car wash track.  When you get on it, its moving right away and by golly if you don't put your car in neutral as soon as you hit that track, staying in drive for an extra second while you're on the track...well just imagine how fast you catch up to the person ahead of you on an airport people mover if you're running while everyone else is standing still... I was shocked to find my self inches from the car in front of me on my third trip through, so much so that i needed to pop myself in reverse for a second just to get comfortable.  

I've also noticed that when things get a bit busier the wash doesn't always do a good job of tracking who's who.  Yesterday, I completed my wash behind another car and I got the standard wash (it tells you at the end what you received) , but like I mentioned earlier I bought the "Ultra" package.  Other reviewers have made similar comments. 

And lastly, please keep the vacuums working well.  I noticed already that the passenger side vacuum on the second to last bay is already broken off from the hose.  People are wedging the nozzle back to the hose to make it look OK, but as soon as you try to maneuver in your vehicle it falls off.  

So a few tweaks are needed to get this fully automated self serve wash up to a 5 star joint, but for now as long as your paying attention to what's happening you can have a great wash and a good experience.

Very nice location. I thought it was pretty cool how its not operated by people. It just scans your barcode in you drive in. The machine doesn't have the rollers that you have to line  up and drive onto. It's more like a mat with nubs sticking out and your tires rests in between them and the mat pulls you through. Definitely something new that I haven't seen before. And my car came out looking beautiful. It's perfect for people with the unlimited car wash plan. The vacuums are for people who have unlimited so it's nice knowing that there will be vacuums available unlike the one in Chelsea where pretty much any random person can go in there and vacuum their car. Chelsea seems like it's always loaded. The only bad thing I could say about it so far is that the tire shine machine doesn't seem like it applies enough product on to the tires. My tires did look kind of dull but it was still clean. I just think the shine really adds that wow factor when the car is clean. But overall pleased and impressed with their machines.

Update: The manager bought me a license plate holder and helped me install it and the issue is resolved! Many thanks to Ian, the manager in Brighton.

The Good: The automatic barcode entry system is nice however I did have an issue where the wash I got was the express wash - I signed up for the unlimited works package which is their second best wash. It happened only once and it was busy so I think the system confused me with another car in queue. Not a big deal.

The Issue: On two occasions, i had an issue with the rear license plate. The first time, the license plate was torn off altogether. The screws were lost but they found my plate and the manager found some screws of his own and re-attached my plate. I thought that was a nice touch and I appreciated the help. The second instance (today) the rear license plate was bent back on both sides. I suspect that the friction/rotation of the rear washing brush is perhaps too high. It would be interesting to hear if others have experienced this issue. It's possible it's just me idk...

Brand New and pretty nice. Not the most thorough wash ever but I really like the unlimited washes... You can always go twice. Perfect for the salty winter months. Also, I'm not exactly sure what the "duraglaze" is but seems to make water bead up on the car afterwards, leaves it looking pretty shiny. Oh, also free vacuums for unlimited members.

Brand new car wash. Various level from about $10 to $45.
Self-help machine at entrance, wait is not long. Car is pulled through, in neutral, you go for the ride.
