Recently got my Open Water with my wife.  We had taken a couple of resort courses and shallow dives.  My wife was a little nervous about going farther with the sport, but willing to try.  Based on several friends recommendations, decided to do our training here.
Derek was a fabulous instructor with an incredible amount of experience.  During the certification dives, my wife got pretty spooked while under.  Derek was amazing with the level of attention he was willing to give her then, and for the rest of the trip.  He was able to get her to the point that, when she got spooked again that trip, she was able to calm herself down and stay in control.
The staff at the shop are great!  Very committed to pairing you with the right equipment YOU need, not necessarily what's going to make them the best profit.  Pointed my wife to a couple of lower priced items because they were what fit her, vs. trying to push into higher priced items.
Very satisfied with the staff and instructors.  Looking forward to more advanced training with them soon.

I recently did my NITROX certification at the shop and really enjoyed the experience! Mr. Nettles was very knowledgeable, polite and even was able to incorporate real life examples into the training. Also the shop was really well organized and was yet up perfectly for learning.
