I rented from this company for over a decade  They called me and said I had no reservation for my family. Doretta was nasty and made it clear I was no longer welcome to rent.she actually called me and was very nasty. Really? They cancelled my reservation.  I went to Landis, had a great experience there.

I rented a shore house in Sea Isle for my family of 4 recently.  If I could give less than 1 star I absolutely would.  When trying to get answers to questions, they take forever to respond and give short answers.  When I turned in my sheet with the following issues, all I got was an "I'm sorry."  
When we arrived at the rental, it was dirty, smelled like wet dog (supposed to be pet free), had pet hair everywhere, requiring us to clean before unpacking.  The front screen door was completely broken and even on nice days, we couldn't leave the front door open to get fresh air.  Additionally, there were ANTS.  I get it, it's the shore and with dampness you get ants, but they were EVERYWHERE.  We were constantly spraying and left nothing out.  They literally were in the bedrooms, walking across the TV...this needs to be dealt with.  Finally, maybe this isn't important to others, but with 2 very small children and 2 rainy days, it would be nice to have a DVD player (which we were told it did have).  I would NEVER rent from Sea Isle Realty again and I don't recommend anyone else does either.

I worked at Sea Isle Realty as an agent a couple summers in college years ago. Part of the reason I picked Sea Isle and still keep in touch with the people there is because they're just great people. And it's such a warm office culture. When you walk in, everyone makes you feel welcome, people are helpful, they work in teams, and it makes you want to be a part of what's going on there.

It's also a family owned and operated company (of which there are more than a few) that's also forward thinking and ultra service oriented. The broker there, Stephen Freda, is one of those people who's "in the business of helping people" and he's a great mentor. 

I also feel like one of the best measures of a real estate agency is their training program, how extensive it is, what the philosophy is towards customers and potential clients, and how much face time you get working with talented Realtors and the broker, and Sea Isle Realty is hands down, across the board, the best in the area.

My family always rents their shore home through Sea Isle Realty.  I met Steve, the owner, when he came to personally install a new cable box.  He's a cool guy and stayed to chat for a while.  As far as I know we've never had any problem whatsoever with the agency and we've used them since I was little - I saw that negative review and just wanted to weigh in because it's so different from the impression I've gotten of this company.  Only good things to say.
