Wish they'd remind all of the renters of the house on 22nd st W that it's surrounded by people with lives and jobs who need a little peace to relax. Been suffering for over a month with people who are given no rules. Animals, kids, DRUGS and non stop partying way after mid night and before 7am.  This house is not a party house and the neighborhood is suffering. From now on the neighbors and I won't be calling the company hoping for a response we will be calling police and making complaints. Stop renting party houses

Axel was our agent. We bought a new construction property in Lakewood Ranch. He was very patient throughout the process. He took the time to explain the buying process for new construction homes. He gave us the valuable suggestions while negotiating with builder. I think that definitely gave us better deal. Not only this, but Axel had been a good advisor in terms of suggesting us from where to buy the appliances and secured some good discounts for us. I think Axel is very honest and isn’t pushy. He gives his best opinions and enabled us to make independent decisions. I think that is very important as a buyer. I would highly recommend Axel and Bea as your agents. We are planning to buy an Island Condo next year once we are settled in to rent it out as vacation rental and I would definitely hire Axel as our agent.
