What a great way to start the day! The Seabreeze Cafe has an atmosphere that reminds you of a beach villa. The eggs Benedict and omelette were exceptional. Our server Naveed was great! Be sure to ask for him if you want top-notch service. I highly recommend coming here, especially if you are staying in Mandalay Bay.

Sea Breeze Cafe is your typical brunch joint. It may look fancy on the outside; but inside it's average in terms of aesthetics. We ordered the Chicken and Waffles Sandwich, and Eggs Benedict.  The Eggs Benedict was good. The potatoes with the sauce were decent. The Chicken and Waffles Sandwich was a miss mainly because of the chicken used. The chicken used was a chicken patty that's been cut in half. The saving grace of this dish was its fries and the sweet syrup. The syrup was definitely the highlight of the meal as it was sweet with a slight spice to it. Be warned, the dish does come with slices of pepper.  The service was great. The check-in desk was excellent and our server Ashley was great as well.  Is it worth going there? Possibly, if you're staying at Mandalay Bay and don't want to leave the hotel.

First off, I recommend a reservation if you want breakfast, you'll get in almost immediately.  The breakfast was really great. I would come back for breakfast alone. The atmosphere was very welcoming.  Great breakfast and tasty coffee. The waiter, Filemon was patient, fast and efficient. He was even kind before he knew we were sitting in his section.

We have been coming to Mandalay Bay for over 10 years and more than once a month. Marietta, the hostess, makes sure we get a great table with views of the gardens. The Cafe is well divided for some semblance of privacy. The decore is top notch. Food is excellent.  The servers and other staff are friendly and attentive. We very much enjoy ourselves every time we go.

This place was so good to start my day. My server Naveed was so awesome. He was very friendly and kind. The best service I had the whole time I was out there. Thank you for the swap out on the toast for french toast it was perfect. The restaurant had a great atmosphere. Definitely matched the name of the restaurant. I got sat right by the window and it was the perfect spot.

I went for breakfast, alone. It was absolutely packed and had over 15 parties waiting outside at 10am. I got a table in about 5 minutes and the service was very fast. I waited longer for the waitress to take my order then I did to get my food! I got eggs Benedict and it was not the best food in the world. The service was amazing and I would definitely go back for the price and speed.

I had wonderful service here. I saw negative reviews and was happily surprised to see that the food was amazing, service was on point and the price was on pair with Vegas. I see so many reviews about the price, but you aren't hitting a 711 in anywhere USA.

Ordered the turkey club with bacon on toasted whole wheat. It was delicious. Portion size was huge, french fries were fresh and crispy and the waitress was very attentive, checking in on us throughout the meal. Comfortable seating. Will repeat.

BEST BREAKFAST ON THE STRIP. We stay at the Mandalay Bay just because of this restaurant. The Crunch French Toast is a MUST. Chicken and waffles are good too.Food: 5/5

TLDR; Sea breeze cafe had good food with top tier service, but is a bit on the expensive side.  We ordered the Caesar Salad with Salmon and the Cheese burger. We honestly weren’t expecting too much, but it really exceeded our expectations. The Salmon add on extra 11 dollars was a good portion and cooked pretty well. The salad, burger, and fries were very good.  The service was also very friendly! They checked up on us frequently as well.  Main con would be that it was a bit pricey which is expected with food in a hotel / casino. The bill came out to be about 60 dollars.  We ate here twice because it was covered under the Amex Hotels 30 dollar a day credit at Delano confirmed with concierge to be eligible. If you have that credit, I would highly recommend using it here since I would rate the food as better than Dellas Kitchen.  The hours are also a bit better than those of Della’s since it’s open on weekdays and has nice window views.  Overall, very good experience with food and very friendly / fast service. Price wise, It’s especially worth if you have the Amex Breakfast credit. If not, it’s still nice for the convenience, but is a bit on the expensive side.  For Value: 4.5 stars if you have the Amex breakfast credit 3 stars without  For Food: 4/5 Service: 5/5  I would give Seabreeze about a 4.2 overall rating. Rating 5 stars because the existing rating is way too low.
