Convenient gym with somewhat outdated lifting equipment. Hosts RPS powerlifting meets. Significant tennis facilities if that's your thing.

Hidden fees and poor service. Also billed one month after cancelling membership to squeeze as much money as possible from members.

Was terminated for being rude and taunting. The manager Mike Chevalier was the one raising his voice and being rude, telling me it was a good thing i hadnt contacted the owner about his not returning my call. What does that mean? I found the treatment of their members that weren't in classes to be cavalier and dismissive. The only thing that is more ignored is the equipment. FYI - they were told over a week ago about blood on the deadlift platform and it's still there. If you are thinking SSC...go to a different one.

The amenities at this gym are extensive and one can definitely find something to occupy their time and get in a great workout at this gym. The gym seems to have some slightly older equipment but hey, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. The staff is very friendly and even though I was just passing through for a week the gentleman at the counter offered me a 7-day pass for a great price that ended up saving me quite a bit out of my pocket. For a local gym the staff is on site until quite late at night and readily available to answer any questions one might have. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who's looking for a "work out now, play later" kind of mentality. 10/10 from me!
