When I called she didn't answer the phone professionally (stating business or anything) answers saying Hello.... I had to ask if I called the right place.  She was pretty snobby about it.  No customer service skills at all.

Ahi vivi muy agusto es un lugar. Muy tranquilo y busco urjente mente a licia castro que la busca damaris tengo tres años sin saber nada de ella yo vivo horita en puerto vallarta y vivi en la trails 13 con jose casillas porfabor si pueden darle mi recado ella vive en la trails 20
