I have been twice, I ordered hottest the first time and fire this time. The platter looked overcooked but it was the seasoning that was the deep color. Could smell spice but it was not hot or spicy at all. Boil was not hot and lobster tail was tough. Kid meal only offers 2 shrimp less than basket. No drink or activity for kid. Waitress was attentive and checked on table to refill drinks. Due to party got tip auto added but notice they offer opportunity to add "more tip".
Service was excellent. Decor is cute. Plenty of parking. Food came out hot and had a great flavor. Restrooms were clean. Food: 4/5
Been here more than a few times. Like the new menu and appreciate the price DROP on the family seafood bowl $98 < to 96 Our server " DeAngelo" was great very attentive and professionally friendly. Two of our grandchildren had the opportunity to mingle & play with the owners little girl. We all enjoyed the food o ce again. Noticed that the appetizers are now smaller portions for the same price. Great food and great service! Highly recommend, but don't order spicy unless you really can handle the heat. The mixed spice is about the right level of flavor and heat in my opinion.Food: 5/5
I really liked the atmosphere. There was a large bar area, a lot of seating, a party room, a room with darts and a pool table. I feel like it would be fun with other people. I dined alone. I got the fish and popcorn shrimp basket with Cajun fries. It was good, nothing extraordinary. The catfish basket with fries was $12 but the combo was $17 which would be understandable had there been more shrimp. I got about 7-9 popcorn shrimp. I would eat here again though.
Food is really good, but I went to get food and the front door staff was unprofessional. One is not even wearing a bra while working, coloring in front of customers. Another front door person answered a personal phone call while taking my order and told the other lady to finish our order cause her sister was calling and then proceeded to talk rudely on the phone right in front of us. All of this is extremely unprofessional and makes me not want to come back. I don't know who the manager is but new training and a proper dress code is needed.
Such a great experience at a REALLY cool place! The drinks were pretty good- had the blue margaritas. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive. We got the shrimp boil with Cajun seasoning YUUUUMMMMM, fried pickles that were off the charts, fried calamari that was just “ok” in my opinion, and well seasoned crunchy fried catfish. Good portions for the prices! The music was awesomely mixed genres and not too loud at all in my opinion. Very clean and comfortable seating. My toddler enjoyed the chicken nuggets and fries! Will definitely be back and marking up the graffiti walls!
My girlfriend and I came here because she really wanted a crab boil. She ordered a lemon pepper crab boil, and when we FINALLY got it it took forever it was cold and sweet, no lemon pepper flavor present. I order a chicken tender basket, and it was Walmart quality, that didn’t bother me as this was mostly for her anyhow. We got the attention of another waitress, as our waiter was busy, and we informed her of the order being wrong, she was kinda rude but she went and told our waiter about the order. She came back and said that he didn’t put it in as lemon pepper and walked away. Following that, our waiter came back to hear the grievance himself, and lied “ oh the seasoning is mixed with the rest of the normal seasonings” and walked away. The order being wrong is one thing, but lying and the food being cold after such a long time is another. I’m sure they forget about our order as my order was cold as well. The corn nuggets and hush puppies were okay though.
Great seafood boil place. We started with the fried oyster basket and then shrimp, eggs potato, sausage in fire sauce. We will go hotter next time! Very casual dining. I love that they give you gloves/bib, etc. so you can dig in. They could improve a few things though, just keeping it cleaner for one. The menus need cleaned and bathrooms given more attention.
First time here. Normally don't leave review if it's okay but service can get much better and we were disappointed. Food was great though. The server checked on us only once for the whole time and it was when we couldn't even open crab after 15 min of receiving the food because the crab leg cracker was being "washed". No apron or extra globes were served either. They never show up from the kitchen, I guess it was because it was last hour, but how are we supposed to eat this dish without globes or tools? we were ended up being asked for tool when we were about to leave... and it was just one tool not even few for our group. Asked for to go box cause we barely finished our crab and just given one piece of transparent seafood boil plastic bag not even with normal bag over them so we had to walk to the car holding the edge of bag and smell it for entire drive. Never going back for dine in...
