Love this roofing company. I was impacted by the wind storm and had to get my roof replaced. Javier was incredibly responsive and professional. He was knowledgeable and communicated with me regularly regarding progress with the roof repair. He is also affordable and his quote was in line with estimates I received from my insurance company. The men who worked on my roof were fast and efficient. Javier stands behind a 5 year labor guarantee (not to be confused with material guarantees that can be 20-20-40 years). I checked around and this at the high end of the spectrum for labor.

I actually had my neighbor come over and ask for a referral because she had watched how well they had removed my roof (to the rafters) and replaced it. 
For those who know how it can sometimes be a pain with debris and mess with contractors, not to worry with Stay Dry Roofing, the crew cleaned up after they completed the work. My garage which also required a new roof looked even better than before they came - thank you Jose ( one of the roofers who was there throughout the project). I don't normally do reviews, but they were that good. Thanks Javier Garcia.

Getting my roof looked at is something I have been putting off because I didn't want to deal with expense. Fast forward to a few rains later when water was dripping into my living room I had no choice to get my roof repaired. Jose and Javier got up on my tile roof and identified the problem right away drew up an estimate and scheduled the work right there on the spot. 2 days later they showed repapered 2 spots on my roof and left things looking good. It has rained a few times since and there is no leaking. Very happy I was able to stretch my roofs life a little longer. Thanks guys.
