Do not use this company. I have them over doing my driveway last year. They put sealer on my driver and two hours later it rained. Later that day I looked at the driveway and there was a mess. I called them and told them about the problem. They took over two months to fix the problem. I have to call them multiple times to get them to do it. When they came back out they just re sealed the drive and did not fix the mess on the sidewalk. They said they would fix it however it's been over 8 months. Do not use them. They are unprofessional and lazy!

I contacted this company in September of 2014 to seal coat two driveways. They did the first one in October and did a good job, but I received the run around on getting the second one done until November. I called them a number of times and they finally did the job the night before a snowstorm at 9pm in the dark. They did not power wash the driveway prior to applying the seal coat, and said “if by Spring for any chance it looked like it didn't stick let me know right away and we will come out and take a look at it and take care of it” (I have this email). They invoiced and I paid right away. Unfortunately on December first my tenant notified me of black powder coming off the driveway and it had gotten tracked into the house on much of the carpet. I contacted this company and the run around started again. They stated I agreed to take responsibility if the seal coat did not stick because it was so cold and was the last possible day of the year to get the job done. I waited nearly two months to get this job done! I had the carpets cleaned in December and they agreed to pay the bill of $120. Again, I received the run around on this payment and I contacted them a number of times to get it paid. While calling them time and time again, I was told this job “would be first” in the spring to receive a seal coat. When May came along and people were getting their driveways seal coated, I still had not heard from them, so I started calling again and received empty promises to get the job done and the payment for the carpet cleaning. I called their corporate office twice and notified them of the situation, and was informed I wasn’t the first person that filed a complaint about them that day. In June I called again and they said they’d pay $90 of the $120 carpet cleaning and would be out the following week to do the job. I quickly agreed so we could just be done with the whole situation. The good news is, the driveway has been seal coated and so far I haven’t heard of it coming up. However, I still have not received the check for the carpet cleaning, and the soot is still in the carpets anyway as it didn’t completely come out. It took 9 months, a number of emails, over a dozen phone calls, and a carpet cleaning expense to get this job done. Do yourself a favor and call somebody else.

They have done a great job for me every year! Since 2008 I have sealed every other year and they are very good and have great awareness to small details especially when it comes to cracks and the finished product! Thanks Seal King I WILL ALWAYS USE YOU!
