I had my deck done 2 years ago and was told it's guaranteed to repel water for 30 years. 2 years later it looks worse than it did before I had it done. It's turning black from mold. Called them to have them fix or redo the sections that are no longer repeling the water. Said it will cost me $400.00 to do it. Hell I'll just paint it or redo it myself. That's why I spent the original $3,000 in the first place, was to not have to do touch ups every other year. I would not recommend them at all. I can send you pictures if you want. Never was the color I wanted and faded fast. Horrible!!!

I am a repeat customer of Sealwize of COS. They refinished my deck last Fall and recently sealed/stained my new fence. As with the deck, working with Scott to get an estimate and schedule the work for my fence was easy and enjoyable. Larry and his crew did a great job on my fence. I was surprised to see some negative reviews. My experience with Sealwize of COS has been nothing but positive. When I had questions or needed something Scott and his team were very responsive. Thanks!

Absolutely one of the best companies we've  had the pleasure of doing business with.  Scott was very professional and very low key.  His proposal was only for the things for which I asked for a proposal, but I'm glad I asked about a couple of other things wondering if they could do them because they could!  The three people who did the work for us (repairing the garage floor, painting it with epoxy paint and flecks and then doing a clear epoxy seal coat, repairing, staining and sealing our sidewalk and steps and sealing our driveway) were real craftsmen (and a craftswoman) who were on time or called ahead to let us know they would be at our home early or late, professional in their treatment of each other and us, extremely personal and paid attention to detail.  We couldn't be more pleased with the results!

We are pleased with our final product.  The Sealwize system saved us several thousand dollars compared to the alternative approach of having jack hammers come in and totally replace front concrete porch.  It did take two tries to get the right color to match our stucco but Sealwize stayed with it until it was right.  Thank you.  Patrick and Carol Going
