Okey they said one month free but that not true they don't give one free month they said can not because is the last room they have but they said the same others people

My MOM has had her storage their for a few years. The prices go up every year and when you rent a storage their pricing is a little vague.
I needed a unit and was low on funds. The guy that works there said he would rent me a 7x14 space that was $200. A month for $100. Due to mom was a good standing customer. I was so happy. I felt like I had won the lotto.
He failed to mention it was only for the 1st month? I would have never rented it for that $. After moving all my stuff in. Who wants to move it again a month later? 
Needless to say it's clean, safe, and staff is friendly. But the pricing like every thing in bayarea is rediculious for the amount of space.

Seaport Storage in Tampa is OUTSTANDING!! Mike at Seaport Storage went out of his way to provide us great customer service!  As we were driving to Tampa from Northern VA on a Friday, he was able to email us all necessary paperwork and help us finalizing move-in for Saturday even though the office is closed over the weekend.  Mike's ability to assist us in coordinating a weekend move-in helped tremendously as we were able to keep our stuff closely located to our new apartment in Channelside.  The cleanliness of the facility and ease of access was superb!  I highly recommend using Seaport Storage for any storage needs in the Downtown Tampa/Channelside area!
