Terrible communication. Wanted them to simply install some front coilovers and new UCA's on my 4runner. They answered one email and never heard back from them again. If you do not want to do the job, then tell me. You don't just ignore a potential customer. Have the decency to at least say I would rather not do this install. Someone told me they did work on FJ Cruisers so I figured a 4runner would be no problem. My dad and myself who have little experience doing work like this were easily able to do the install, the problem was just finding the time to do it between work and kids. They lost out on a potential customer and I will be sure to not refer anyone their way. I guess they just want to stick to Jeeps. Expand the work you do because there are plenty of people out there with Toyota vehicles looking to have work done.

Searchers did a lift on my 2014 Wrangler. It came out as expected, and Phillip answered a ton of my questions. I'll be doing more business with them.

Phillip and Josh are great and they really saved my a**. I had a Rough Country lift on my Jeep(pro installed), and it was DANGEROUS(not in a good way)!! They helped me figure out the problem (install was incorrect, and the kit is trash), and they got our Jeep riding better than factory!! I know some people think that isn't possible, and some people think that a Jeep is supposed to ride like "that"(crap). They will prove all naysayers wrong! They are great people, have excellent customer service, and are now friends for life! I'm looking forward to seeing them again just to shoot the sh**.

I left Searchers with my jeep and a smile.  I absolutely loved my new lift and they were very knowledgeable and helpful.   I stopped by on Friday and had the work done Monday.   Great customer service and very friendly.   I will be be back soon.
