So at the risk of getting into trouble, I am going to tell why I love Sears. 1) I have never had a "Bad" Customer service experience with them, but I have been treated like dirt by the other bug box home improvement store in town. I am not so self important that I believe a sales associate should leave other important customers to grovel over my needs, and am willing to wait my turn for their attentive service. 2) Most of my tools are Craftsman, last year I blew a tire 27 miles from anywhere on a dirt road and the only thing I had that would fit it was a 3/8 drive socket and ratchet. the tire was on a heavy trailer and it took me standing on a breaker bar to get the hot lug nuts off; needless to say this destroyed my ratchet. I took it in to Sears fully willing to offer an explanation and buy a new wrench (as it was abuse that ruined it, not wear and tear) but they looked at it walked over to the ratchets grabbed one off the shelf and warrantied the thing without any complaint. they are great to work with. I like to deal with real people and they are great.

Great pricing amazing service! I bought my lawn mower and trimmer from Nate 2 years ago and it is still running like the day i bought it. The people there really care about helping me maintain the equipment they sale. I would recommend them to anyone.

The service here is great and the store is clean, organized and inviting. Even though they did not have the vacuum part that I needed, they were still very helpful.

Nate is easy to work with. They surprisingly have a huge inventory despite the smaller store, anything I've needed they've had. There are always going to be individuals who claim bad experiences but the reality is the people at Sears are attentive and I've always had positive interactions.

Nate at Sears has always been very helpful and accommodating. He helps us with service work and helps us find just what we need. We would recommend Sears of Cedar City to anyone.
