They wouldn't mount my tires because they are low profile. Don't waste your time never coming back here. I got them done at the sears in Solomon w no problem the last time. I went to the tire warehouse on grove st Worcester instead gave them 5 stars

I have an old vehicle that I'm desperately trying to keep for as long as possible. I've had my car in this shop many times for verious different issues, unrelated to each other. The crew at this location have been awesome! Always getting the work done as quickly and efficiently as possible, explaining each problem and helping find affordable options. They've always had me back up and running the same day saving me tons on rental fees. Car repairs are so stressful for me, as it's my only means of transportation. Everyone there has gone above and beyond to help make each situation less stressful. I'm so grateful for them. Thank you!!!

Scheduled an appointment online a week ago for today. Yesterday I received an email confirming my appointment. I absolutely needed this oil change before going on vacation so I scheduled it here as they had the availability. I show up and am told by the person in the store that they should have called me to cancel as they haven't been doing service appointments all week. Ok well why did you send me an email to confirm it yesterday???? I went here because there was a coupon to get a lower price and ended up at a different place paying twice as much because I absolutely had to have it done. Unacceptable and I will never even think of booking through sears again

Helpful staff, they didn't push unnecessary repairs on me. Fast service. Watch out for invisible shop fees and other non-included services though.
