rude, no empathy or compassion. pretty much impossible to get an appointment without waiting months and months. dont waste your time or money. go to a better dentist.

My daughter had to get a baby molar extracted so she could finish getting her bottom braces...this was causing her terrible anxiety and the lady who took us back, not only wouldn’t let me stay but was very rude and condescending about it! Not to mention she put the numbing agent on the wrong side of her mouth and again, was rude and condescending when my daughter told her it was the wrong side...the Doctor was also cold, instead of talking her through it or helping he just got up and left....

This place sucks, all they want to do is crowns or implants, no regular dentistry anymore. To many young dentists who don't know what their doing. Save yourself plenty of tooth pain and stay away from this worthless business. Use Sears appropriately and buy wrenches there, but don't get your teeth fixed there, there idiots.
