NOTICE: The location has shut down for good.

I feel kinda sorry for it to see it go. The service was good, and the selection of clothes were also good. Thank you Sears Canada, and that’s for the best.

Went to Oakville Place sears this morning. Saw a Kitchenaid Food processor in sale for $67 and bought it. Then went over to the Bay store in the same mall and saw an identical item for $49! I was very surprised indeed. Bought this one as well and went back to Sears with the 2 items and 2 receipts but the sales girl refused to return the overpriced “liquidation sale” item and said there could be no returns and that she had already made that clear at the time of purchase. I acknowledged that she had but told her I had not expected the liquidation sale to be a scam! I thought I was getting a good deal. But look at the other item which is $18 cheaper!
She then called a “manager” who cleverly explained that she was not the one determining the prices and I should have checked the price in the other store before coming here!
 So if you are looking to get a bargain Sears liquidation sale is not the place to go!

I haven't shopped at Sears for sometime. I went by to get a battery for my watch at the watch repair shop at Sears. There were alot of sales going on amidst the huge renovations. I picked up a few things and came home to find the anti vandalism device still affixed to a shirt I bought. Went back the next day to have it removed. I should have looked before leaving but the check out person was preoccupied trying to sell me some fancy napkins....multi tasking is not for everyone.

Staff was very helpful in helping me matchup shorts and top for my friend's grandchild. They have quality clothes with flair for children.
