worst customer service I have ever seen.  Jenni was rude on the phone and very unhelpful.  I'm local and was charged $85 for delivery.  The refrigerator didn't fit so they were going to take it back. an hour later we figured a way to make fit. they had the nerve to charge another $85 fee to bring it back. Don't shop here and stop the local business and go to Lowe's

Proprietor Matthew Bridges is a discriminatory, abusive, harassing bully of a man.

My mother purchased a refrigerator from this store, which was damaged when it arrived at her house. The installer took a photo of the damage and told her she could take 10% off, or have the damaged panel replaced. After about a month of not hearing back from Sears, she went into the store and asked about the problem.

Matthew Bridges, a big pile of meat of a man, verbally assaulted, harassed, and bullied my 5'3" mother, screaming at her to get out of his store, which he called "the house of God." (She had exclaimed "Jesus!" in frustration with his poor customer service.)

Later, he called her and told her that a replacement part was out of the question, "impossible." Moreover, he insinuated that he was capable of placing additional delivery charges on her bill. When she told him that his grotesque interaction with her left her no longer willing to shop at Sears again, he went back on the store's corporate policy, said "Forget about the 10 percent discount," and hung up the phone.

Do not support this business. Sears is three minutes away, and Amazon is more convenient, helpful, and trustworthy. 

Sears Hometown Store is discriminatory, abusive, insulting, and its proprietor things it alright to intimidate, scream at, and humiliate tiny 50-year old women who've just had heard surgery.

Matthew Bridges is a grotesque human being who pretends he's a "Christian" because the last charity he wrote a check to tells him so. Do not patronize this disgusting man nor his failing business.
