The worst experience ever!!! These guys took advantage on us after a hurricane. They sold us a broken generator as new in the box and they refused to take it back and return the money. Terrible customer service, they just hanging up on you. Of course you will be upset and even pissed off - they are selling you a broken generators that are non returnable, who wouldn't be?!!

Terrible service, came in to ask about getting a Sears credit card and to look for a new Washer machine. Found the washer machine I wanted, but got no information on the credit card. Waited for 40 mins to speak to "Maria" who had been gossiping with a customer since I entered the store. She kept saying "I'll be with you shortly" but kept gossiping, I waited for at least 40 minutes. The service here was terrible and I can not believe I had to wait so long to talk to her to end up not getting any information.
