DO NOT shop at this Sears. Talk about the poorest service you will ever receive. It's bad enough that their hours listed online are incorrect. On their local site, the hours show they close at 6PM. On their front door, the sign claims they close at 5:30PM. I went on a Sunday, no one acknowledged I was there. I hollered at the guy that I needed help. He said appliances would be on sale the following day, so come back then. So, I left work early (thinking they closed at 6PM) and got there at 5:20PM on Monday. The doors were locked, lights were off, not a soul in sight. I needed to fill my home with appliances. I will NEVER return. Lindly's has won my business, and I only went there because they ARE open until 6PM. Amazing service, that's where I will shop. No wonder Sears has been in so much financial trouble. They are a joke.

Never call them for service, they sent a non AE certified tech that will charge you $75 and you will not get an explanation or be ever to get a hold of him again..
