Pretty decent selection of hard goods, I've been saved in the middle of a project a couple of times by this store having just the tool that I needed to finish the job without a run into the Valley.

purchased stove, great price, flat top and was installed in 2 days, great kenmore product, floor model..very very satisfied with service product and install...on my way back to get a new dishwasher........great local business!

Not helpful. Tried to return an air conditioner purchased through Sears. Turns out Sears purchased it from a 3rd party. The owner called the 3rd party, but they were closed. That was it for the owner; it felt like we were practically shoved out the door, A/C and all. We'd stopped by earlier to make sure we could return the A/C to that store and the sales person was adamant that we could. Not a good experience at all.

I have to give a huge shout-out to a couple of Fountain Hills guys who were unbelievably brilliant and helpful today... After a problem with the delivery team who brought my fridge and dishwasher today, and left the fridge in my front room (because they don't remove a subzero - which I told them I had had out of its spot a couple of times and left me without the parts I needed to hook up the dishwasher, I called my hometown SEARS store here in Fountain Hills (where I purchased the appliances). Derek went out of his way to find someone (Paul Perreault) to come over and take out the fridge, bring the parts, and take the old dishwasher. These two guys saved my day and I am so blessed to live in a town that can pull together to solve problems... The fridge and dishwasher go to the local boy scouts for refurbishing! Bless you guys!!!
