If I would have written a review about Sears Home Services around Noon yesterday it would have been very hostile.  What a difference even a few hours makes when you can find the right people for assistance.  Brian at the Carson City Sears Store turned out to be that right person for sure.  We've been Sears customers for what's got to be approaching 40 years and this latest experience very well could have been the straw that broke the camels back if it wasn't for Brian.  We have a refrigerator that failed on us, thankfully we did purchase the warranty, so I hop on the phone to Sears Home Services to get a repairman out and fix it.  The woman who answered could barely speak English and it was extremely frustrating talking to her.  When I could finally make out what was being said I ended up with a repair appointment almost 5 weeks from now.  My anger level was high...until I called Brian.  At first he asked me what the big deal was living out of a couple of coolers for a month or two, which instantly lightened the mood and I was able to get a laugh in.  He then just asked me to give him a few minutes to see what he could do, if anything, and that he'd call me back when he had an answer.  He called back in less than 5 minutes and told me he was able to get my appointment into the hands of a Sears technician and that the technician was going to try to get me added to his schedule...today.  Sure enough around 4PM, four hours after originally calling for service, the technician arrived and not only figured out the issue but repaired it!  Thank you Brian, you completely turned what could have been a very horrible day into a fantastic one, just by simply caring and that goes a long way in the customer service field!  We'll be back the very next time we need something, you can count on that.

I highly recommend this store to purchase an appliance, tractor, tool chest, humidifier and filters, etc. I have had excellent service at the Carson City store. For example, when I recently purchased a washer and dryer the customer service was excellent from my initial contact with Spence and Brian through the delivery and installation of the washer and dryer.  They were knowledgeable and competent as they answered my many questions regarding the right appliances for me as well as assisting me with the details of financing the purchase. Also, I have been very pleased with the quality of my purchases. If you like quality products and excellent customer service, this is the store for you.

Needed information on a snow blower and Brian the owner knew exactly what the options were and pointed me to just the right one. Never shopping at the mall store again. These guys rock.

Well, I bought something online and the shop couldn't find it. They were very nice, but I didn't get my item or my money back. So just 3 for now... Hopefully I'll change it soon.
