Jeff and the staff always do a great job and always take care of their customers. Frankly, im not a big Sears guy but I am a big fan of this store and the professionalism of the staff. I have been shopping here for almost two years now and have gotten great service every time that I've walked in. If you've been frustrated by the Sears corporate stores, try visiting the Hometown Stores. They're actually locally owned and you will get top-notch customer service!

Craftsman tools now from China. Saved money crossing parking lot to Harbor Freight - and they have a better selection. Having much better luck with HF's 3/8" thin wall sockets not breaking than those in Craftsman set I bought (before discovering they are no longer made in US) last year.

We bought a Kenmore Elite Washer and Dryer with the insurance 2 years ago from this store and the owner is great! The problem is with Sears Service department and the poor, poor, poor service you get when it concerns repairs. I have been waiting for 2 months now for service on my   washer!!! I was told to go rent a washer and pay for it out of my own pocket until they could fix my washer and I would be reimbursed !!! I will no longer buy Sears products anymore because of the lack of customer service from the repair department. Sears was a household name that you could trust and the service was the greatest but now it's name is mud! To the owner of this Sears Home store, I am sorry you are great but Sears Corporation is failing you and your customers with bad service issues.

Owner (Jeff) and staff are awesome. Stock is plentiful and they'll order whatever they don't have if you need it. Have purchased quite a few large items from them at this point and delivery has always been a breeze and I've never had any issue with communication. Keep in mind, this is a Sears Hometown Store, not a giant Sears department store. They aren't staffed with a hundred people at all times but they've never let me down in any regard. Will continue to make large purchases here in the future.
