Toni is awesome! She was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! She took the time to find the best product for us at the best price. She made sure to have everything shipped to our new home 9 hours away and even gave us useful tips on maintaining our appliances so that they will last longer. We also had a ton of questions and she was very patient and answered all of them. Make sure you go to Sears ask for her. You won't regret it.
