This store needs to be closed !!This establishment​ will let you order items online then just cancel your order for the sole purpose of being able too and so items can be sold in store for a higher price case in point Kenmore air conditioner online for 99.88 in store 169.99 that's right a 70 dollar mark up for nothing website says free store pickup The lady that assisted me named Reagan says Yea we do it all the time we just cancel the order we don't have to have any reason .To me false advertising is the same as if you tell lies directly to a person's face so if anyone reads this I hope you decide to take you business elsewhere like Lowe's ,Home Depot even Walmart I personally will not ever shop at a Sears ,oh wait sears ,don't deserve to be capitalized not worthy ,again ...

The owner was very friendly and helpful.  Her glowing and bubbly personality makes me want to shop local.  You could really tell she loved her job.  Nice selection of appliances and tools without the drive to Hickory.

Clerk was very helpful. She  went out of her way to find a blade for an edger.

Friendly but very disorganized and unprofessional. Promised to have an item ready for pick up at a certain time but it was still in crate and I was unable to pick it up.
