This store is amazing. Every time I come in the old man is extremely helpful. I was blown away by his knowledge of the product, especially the hammers. My mother also frequents this location he's been nothing but helpful.

I called up there to ask about hammers in stock and the old man at the store was very rude to me. My mother attempted to purchase a dryer a week ahead of time, and when the day came to pick it up, it hadn't been delivered. When we asked for a refund, the old man was once again rude to my mother. This is why Sears is going out of business.
