Wow I should have read the reviews before I let my elderly mother purchase here ,my mother lives alone and is disabled ,when I come to see her I help her run errands and today I took her to purchase a washer machine from this Sears location ,she purchased an in stock washer to be delivered and installed the next day when the cashiers discovered she lived in Trona 20 miles away they said they'd have to charge more for delivery and installation which was already $80 plus parts this Trona charge is new to me she has hired plumbers had garage doors put in and never been charged extra because of where she lives and I can't imagine a three section garage door weighing more or being harder to I stall than a washer machine so to make a long story short I am picking up her washer and installing it myself tonight ,people of Trona and other nieghboring cities do not support a business that does not support you your money is just as green as everyone else's .

So we bought a washer and dryer from here and they said it would be delivered to our house on base. The day they were supposed to be here they called us and had to reschedule for tomorrow and said we would be the first delivery. The next day we waited and they never came so we called them and they said we need to answer our phones even when we recieved no calls from them and put the blame on us. Next time i need something im hoing to lancaster instead of dealimg with these people again

I ordered something from this store, had to return it immediately (box unopened) and even though I followed the cashier's instructions regarding the return, Sears would not refund my money. The person in charge made excuse after excuse. I hope this store goes out of business. Never again will I purchase another Sear item, because of the Ridgecrest store. I'll spend my money elsewhere.
