Last month we ordered a grill on-line through Sears for my daughters wedding shower and I had it delivered to the Sears Home Town Store in Ft Payne...it arrived damaged and the new owner of this store could not have been more helpful in getting us a new grill, delivered and in time for the shower...I am so thankful for the special attention we were given and will definitely go to this store first for my next appliance purchase.

The folks at Sears in Fort Payne are great. Under new management but all were so nice and great people. Anyone needing something they offer swing by.  Well worth your trip.

People who give this sears a good rating must work there. Funny how I've known a few people who rated this store bad online but it never gets posted? This is how I got done on June 30th 2015 at the store. I show up looking for some craftsman sanding pads. I find a few customers waiting in line for check out. The employee has the cash register open where I can see that they have plenty of cash and she tells me that the cash register is down. I told her in plain clear English that the product is 10.99 plus 8 percent sells tax and please just take my twenty and give me my change back where I can be on my way and she can keep the package that the pads came in to. The employee tells me she can't do that, that she might not have enough change in the drawer to cash my twenty. Left and found same pads 7.00 cheaper at wal-mart.
