Friendly to the face then we tried the lawn mower and it was broken on the top, had the wrong manual and a missing part. We called to return and the manager says probably nothing wrong with it we are just using it wrong! Also since we used it we can only exchange even though we bought the warranty. Not happy at all will never shop with them again!!😡😡

There website allows you to purchase everything you want and pay for it and then to find out the next day they send you an email saying it's cancelled cause they don't have the material instock.
