It was a grand opening today, celebrating a new owner. They advertised on the radio sale! 10-20% off. In addition there are sign going down RT 202 10 % off, then in fine print, all most everything. Maybe I have bad luck, but everything I looked at wasn't on sale. I read the other reviews,on this store, most of them are negative. Must have sold it to his bother. I'm heading to the sears in Swanzey, the same item I was going to buy in Rindge, is $60 cheaper there.

Lousy experience, they refuse to honor their warrantees on theyre tools which they sell claiming a lifetime of free replacement. High prices, go to Home depot instead or another location... Used to buy alot of ratchets here until they became garbage, their more expensive ratchets strip out within months of buying them, I have better luck with Harbor Freight tools..

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Very helpful on phone placing order, but then I was consistently lied to from that point on. They told me I didn't need a conversion kit for my gas dryer(I did), told me the delivery guy had a license to work with gas(he didn't so I had to hire my own plumber to unhitch old dryer and install new one) and wouldn't confirm day and time of delivery until the evening before. When delivery guy came, he wouldn't bring the dryer up 3 steps(even though he just removed it from the back of his truck) so left it in the driveway. He asked for more money than I was quoted and when I came back outside with the money, he was peeing in my backyard!!! I will never use that Sears again even though they are the closest to my house.

Drove all the way to pick up a detacher. Nice friendly folks.
