Recently purchased a new washer/dryer from the Jackson,Wyoming Sears and it would not fit through my bathroom door (my fault for not measuring the door).  They took it back and delivered another...still no delivery charge. There was an issue with my water connection and they took care of that too. Great service from everyone!  Wonderful to work with...highly recommend!

My husband and I recently purchased some kitchen appliances. We had a great experience at this store.  The sales person we worked with was very knowledgeable and attentive and worked with us from the moment we stepped into the store all the way through to the delivery of our appliances.  He was very helpful and friendly. And I know we got a great deal going through Sears!  We will definitely shop here again.

I understand the other person who reviewed this store had a very different experience, but I wanted to post this review because I had a great experience and I know that from speaking with my friends, they have had a great experience at this store as well.

This Sears store gave me one of the worst customer service experiences that I have ever had at a retail store. About a month ago, we purchased a Craftsman power washer from this store. Yesterday, while power washing our deck to prep it for staining, the pressure hose on the power washer blew up. I took it back into  Sears for them to replace it under warranty. After all, the washer was only a month old and this was the first time we used it. There was no way in hell that they were going to replace it for us. I had a deck covered in stripper that needed to be removed and they wanted me to wait until the following week so their "customer service" people could make a determination about what had happened to the hose. They then told me that they had no intention of replacing it under warranty because that money would come out of their pockets. Within the past year, we have purchased about $3,000 worth of stuff from that store BUT NO MORE. For the wholesale cost of a pressure hose (about $15), they not only lost us as a customer but we are going to make sure that we spread the word about the horrible customer service that this Sears store provides.

I enjoy shopping here.  People are nice and helpful.  Store usually has what i need.

NEVER go into this store.  The staff is rude, unprofessional, they do not follow-up and communicate nor do they have any interest in serving and pleasing the customer.
