This place has turned around for the best since the new owners took over! The atmosphere has completely changed and the customer service is outstanding! I would recommend this store to anyone!

Would have been a zero if that was an option. Absolute horrible service ....manager Randy and his son Randy are dishonest people....Daisy is as about as friendly as a prickly cactus and as about as knowledgable as the dirt it's planted in....attempted to purchase fridge wasn't told about deliver fee until after the fact ( When fridge never showed up and never got a call about it even being in and we had to call and inquire as to what was going on)come to find out fridge was at store sitting there NOT being delivered and no one bothering to call us( bc didn't pay a fee was never told about- son lied to father/manager said he told me of this but NOTHING in paperwork states any of this-and yet never received a phone call from store to inform of item being in or what to do with...we had to call) went in several times decided to cancel entire order with in 7 days (time frame is 15) told would be a restocking fee ( 15% per store 10% per leasing co.- never a straight story- yet NOTHING on paperwork stating this fact didn't sign or agree to any of this) long story short....week 4 still battling to cancel this ,store is still lieing ,giving the run around and in the meantime the leasing company is faithfully taking my money for a product I don't even have nor do I want at this point....if this is the service I receive up front what will the service be if I have a warranty issue? Every time we have had to call( even when they say they will return our calls) , store has been sent dispute letter with no response (shock) ...leasing company can't get stories straight and here we sit ....God is a just God and I know HE has all this in His hands....but be forewarned dealing with thieves will only result in THEFT! Bottom line!

I recently purchased a microwave, stove, and refrigerator combo from this Sears. I paid for delivery and installation. The sales person told me that the deliver team would be able to install the microwave with vent into my cabinets. When the items arrived, they were just dropped off. The microwave was left in the living room (not even in the kitchen). The stove was installed without the footings to level it and the bag with hardware was left on the other side of the house for me to find later. When I called and spoke to the owner, he told me it sounds like you were ready for installation and blamed me, and then hung up on me. Definitely not something I would expect from an owner of the store or someone that claims to be a professional. When I wrote this review on the Sears website, it was deleted 2 minutes later. I will never buy anything from Sears and will go back to Home Depot where they will use screw driver to install items (which apparently they won't use at Sears).

If someone told me they would give me one million dollars if I called someone ten times and they didn't answer any of them I could have the money I would call this store
