Decent selection.   Staff is not very helpful.  Been there twice.. it is very warm... climate control is not working.  We were told that they can't do anything about it.  Dress lightly.

I went in to take back my 2.5 year old, $500 Kenmore vacuum.  This is my third in 7 years, and like the other...   broken!.  I told the manager that I have purchased all of my appliances from Sears Livingston, and all of my vacuums.  I asked for a replacement for this third broken vacuum.  All I got was "No" and "It's our policy!"  Well, that's easy.  I have a policy too... I don't buy from companies who don't stand behind their products.

Clean store and organized. 
Great selection of clearance items.
Service was good.

Their delivery is the worse of all time. Twice they've delivered a broken fridge and twice they delivered the wrong fridge. Never EVER use Sears.
