Sears at Westfield Palm Desert Mall is the place to shop for your tools, lawn equipment and bbq's. As always, Sears has a great selection of Craftsman tools to help us get the job done at home. I have never had a bad experience using any of their craftsman products and customer service at this store is very helpful.

STAY AWAY not worth the time and headache it's a long arduous process and absolutely no communication between any of the service or sales reps The washer dryer bundle purchased online work great so far . We cannot say the same for customer service and installation tech unfortunately upon installation of the bundle the service tech was not able to completely install the stackable units do to a missing stacking kit not available at the time of purchase and said he had one but it was for another customer .OK fine no problem we ordered one online spoke to 4 different people and even went to the store to return an unnecessary part ( a plumbing hose ) it seemed to be a long and complicated process for a washer hose return We had techs come out the following week to switch the proper orientation of the dryer door ( great no problem right?)WRONG . the service techs damaged the dryer hose upon installation as shown in the photo and failed to properly seal and tighten the gas line to the dryer they then ran the dryer on to do test run filling the entire house with natural gas before we realized what was happening ( really dangerous ) called in to return the hose that was damaged and again spoke to 4 different people before being transferred to the dept to get a return # before we could even consider going to the store to return it . At the end of the experience after a week of speaking with customer service reps we ended up re : purchasing all the connecting parts and re installing them ourselves WOW ! not worth any of the hassle it is really unfortunate

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. TERRIBLE!!! NO WONDER THEY'RE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS. GOOD RIDDANCE.

My mom ordered a washer and they said it's new nope it's not new at all it mess up my clothes and some of my family clothes don't buy at sears

I bought a pair of caterpillar work boots, wear them now and then not everyday, soles came unglued and I took them back for warranty 140.00 dollar boots, was told that they are over 30 days old and not store policy to replace them, asked for a manager and it got worse from there. I tried to be calm and reasonable but it got me know where with the young managers. After arguing for awhile , I grabbed my boots and walked out and I will never return to this store for anything. I have bought all my personnel tools as well as company tools here, I was a loyal customer, I understand policy as I work in the hospitality industry. every once in awhile you have to give a little to keep business, as we say( give 'em the pickle). I had to pick a star to post this otherwise they would not have got one
