I am only reviewing the service repair company that comes to the house.  We had an appointment for between 8-12, at 11:55 I called to find out if they were still on time. The lady said he had a call in fall river before us but that he was on his way to our house. She said she would have him call us. Normally I would not care but we had other appointments that day. Well 12:20 he pulls up. He was nice but this is EXTREMELY poor customer service.  It's common courtesy to call if you know you are going to be late. The only reason it gets 2 stars is because the service repair man was nice. You would think a 4 hour window would be sufficient but apparently not. You would also think a normal person would think to call if you are running late. Again,  apparently not!

Horrible customer service. The store is completely dead and yet I've been waiting in line for 30 minutes because there's only one cashier in the whole store. Horrible

Girlfriend had a appointment at 11am they didnt really start working on her car till close to 2 or 3. Then they needed a part which they didnt tell her till close to 4pm. She was supposed to pick up the kids at 330 so when i called to ask for the management  his name is either Rick or Ray he was rudely cutting me off telling me what he thought happened and telling me it takes 3hrs to change 1 wire which is a lie and after i talked to him he proceeded to talk to my girlfriend in a rudely manner as well. Everyone else there i did not have a problem with its just that Manger Rick or Ray whatever his name is he makes Sears look bad so if you are going to get your car checked out becareful because they take you having a appointment lightly  11am to 5pm SO RIDICULOUS
